Every project is different, and our quotes reflect that. When you submit an inquiry, we look at several factors: the type of lift you need (underground car elevator or 2-post parking lift), your available space and ceiling height, the number and size of vehicles, and whether it's a new construction project or a retrofit. The more detail you give us upfront, the faster and more accurate your quote will be.

What Information to Have Ready

You don't need to have everything figured out before contacting us — that's what the consultation is for. But the more context you can provide, the better. Helpful details include: the dimensions of your garage or parking space, ceiling height (for 2-post lift projects), the number of vehicles you want to accommodate, the make and model of those vehicles (especially if they're large trucks or SUVs), and whether the project is new construction or a retrofit into an existing space.

If you're exploring an underground car elevator like the Vault, it also helps to know whether your architect or builder is already involved, since civil work — excavation, pit construction, waterproofing — is part of the scope and ideally coordinated early in the build process.

What the Quote Covers

A Nelca Systems quote is itemized so you know exactly what you're paying for. Equipment cost covers the lift mechanism, platform, and control system. For 2-post lifts, this includes the columns, carriage, safety locks, motors and electrical panels. For underground car elevators, it includes the scissor lift platform, hydraulic system, and control panel. Installation fees cover labour and site preparation, Nelca Systems does not directlt price installation, our trusted partners will provide you quotes and quality of service matching Nelca System's quality standards. We also include shipping to your location across Canada, and we're transparent about lead times so you can plan your project timeline accordingly.

Our Products and What They're Certified To

All Nelca Systems products are CSA and CWB certified — a standard we consider non-negotiable for safety and building code compliance in Canada. Our 2-post parking lifts are rated up to 6,600 lbs capacity and support platform widths between 2.1 and 2.5 meters, running on 220V single-phase power. Our underground car elevator — the Vault — handles up to 3,000 kg per platform, uses hydraulic power, and is engineered for seamless architectural integration. Both product lines are available with custom finishes and configurations.

How Long Does It Take to Get a Quote?

For straightforward projects — like a standard 2-post lift for a residential garage — we can typically turn around a quote quickly after receiving your inquiry. For more complex projects involving underground installations, custom configurations, or multi-vehicle commercial setups, we may follow up with a few clarifying questions before sending a detailed proposal. Either way, we aim to be responsive and practical so you can make a decision on your timeline, not ours.
